sunday stroll...

on sunday after church bb and i decided to take a stroll around downtown....partly because i love me some downtown....and partly because he loves his new fun camera....we both dreamt of the day we can continue our love affair with slc....(anyone want to rent out our little house in riverton?) ;)

although we can't be downtown all of the time, we sure do love our time down there...we made sure to take some good pics....

on wednesday we will be heading to california....and i am sure we will get some more photo time in then....yay for slr's... (and a little bit of photoshop...shhh...)

ooo la la....

so billy literally jumped up and down today with joy over the arrival of his new best friend....the canon rebel xsi.....i must say though...i jumped up and down a little too....because once i took my first shot with our new baby i seriously thought: where have you been all of my life!

photos that would have been nothing special prior to our new toy all of a sudden took on a whole new light! and every picture seemed more and more magnificent...i am in love.

big eyes + pouty lips = bad news...

so... i am sure i am going to hear about this post...if billy ever checks our blog! ;)

when bb wants something i get "the puppy dog eyes"...

funny...i know...this picture doesn't even do it justice either! it's ridiculously cute. needless to say i am in big trouble if our kidlets inherit this little ability.

the first time he gave me this look was when we were dating....and i immediately flashed back to the movie shrek...when the cat gives the same look!

uncanny...i know. oh i love him...

on a side note...last weekend we could be found laughing it up at the new wiseguys location at trolley square...lots of fun and fairly good food too!
