Hi, is this the post office!?

um ya....so this post is dedicated to the West Jordan Post Office.....

Those of you that have known me for the last year or so will remember my cell message that stated at the end....

"If you are trying to reach the post office, you have dialed incorrectly, PLEASE don't leave a message..."

The above sentence was necessary because well, for as long as I have had my cell number I have gotten mis-dialers leaving messages for who? the one and only West Jordan Post Office...In the last year or so however, the calls increased pretty dramatically...I am talking like 1 a day here... and so the above sentence came into play on my cell phone message.

The calls did slow however, and so the message was removed....

Beginning yesterday...they began again...this time however, it was job seekers looking for an opportunity to spend their 40 hours a week at the amazing...West Jordan Post Office....I got two phone calls yesterday...one of which so kindly informed me that MY number was the one posted on the Department of Workforce Services Website for who to contact to inquire about a post office position in lovely West Jordan....

Will it EVER End!!!!!!?????

This post would like to thank the amazing Whitney Cameron for its birth.

  3. funny for us to hear about.. not so funny for you. annoying! maybe this is not appropriate to share over the blog world.. but i have had a similiar experience.. when i was living in pocatello going to school our home phone number for the house i was living at somehow got put as a "sperm-doner center"... we had men call DAILY asking how much their little "friends" would be worth. ha. good luck, hope you get it figured out.. we never did Ü but got a laugh out of it every time!

  4. That's gotta suck getting all of those phone calls that don't even relate to you. To answer your question about Marley, she is 1 yr. and two months old. Maddie only has her by 5 months, but she is so much smaller than Maddie. It is so sad, but we are having a lot of fun with her.
